Isa Delicias is based in Hialeah, Florida. At this time, we do not operate a physical storefront. Orders may be placed through our online store for either shipping or local pickup. Local pickup is available in the Hialeah area.

Our minimum order requirement is four cookies. Each batch requires a significant investment of time, ingredients, and preparation, and this minimum allows us to operate efficiently while maintaining the quality and freshness of our products.

We also offer a wide variety of brownie flavors, which are baked fresh as soon as you place your order through our website. Our cookies are baked to order as well, ensuring that when you pick up or receive your order, everything is as fresh as possible.

One of our core principles is: Pickup Day is Baking Day / Shipping Day is Baking Day.

We ship nationwide within the United States and Puerto Rico. Local shipping within Hialeah, FL is not available.

Shipping

Shipping day: Monday of each week

Orders placed from Saturday through Thursday are processed on Friday and shipped on Monday.

Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days, depending on the shipping carrier.

Pickup day: Friday

Pickup time: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

If your order is local, we’ll deliver your cookies the same day your order is received, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM — fresh from our oven to your door! 🍪
For orders that need to be shipped, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days with USPS Priority Mail. We bake and ship with care so your cookies arrive soft, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

Our cookies are freshly baked using only natural ingredients — no preservatives, additives, or colorants. For the best quality and flavor, we recommend enjoying them within 16 days of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place and keep them tightly sealed to maintain freshness.

Our cookies can be stored in their original, well-sealed packaging for up to one week.

To enjoy them warm with a soft center, remove the cookie from the packaging and heat it:

Microwave: 10 seconds

Oven (recommended): Preheat to 350°F (180°C) and heat for 5–8 minutes

For longer storage, we recommend freezing the cookies in their original, well-sealed packaging and placing them inside an airtight container. Cookies may be frozen for up to two months.

To enjoy after freezing, remove the cookie from the packaging and place it directly from frozen into a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes, or until warmed through and soft in the center.
